Blueberry Ice Dream

A delicious replacement for ice cream!


Blueberries (about 1/2 a cup, really as much or as little as you like)

Ice (about a cup, you’re adding enough ice to keep it from being runny like a smoothie)

Milk (I used vanilla soy milk) about a cup and a half

A splash of vanilla if you didn’t use vanilla soy milk.

As usual, I didn’t really measure anything.  I just threw it all together.  I did my best estimating for you, though.


Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.

Put into bowl and eat immediately.
